THE BRITISH PORK EXECUTIVE
recently organised a national competition to find
BRITAINS BEST PUB COOKED BREAKFAST
Entrants were judged on the quality of the breakfast, particularly the sausage and bacon, (Thank you to the Parson's Nose!) the friendliness of the staff, the speed with which the breakfast was served and also given a subjective score in terms of value for money.
The Talbot was the overall winner, making our pub breakfast officially the best in the country!!

In a recent article, Greg Mulholland MP for Leeds North West and campaigner on beer and pub issues, said he had "a daydream....about the perfect pub" and then realised that he had spent his birthday there "the wonderful award-winning Talbot Inn in Worcestershire"
